History
In 1918, when the Austro-Hungarian empire collapses there form a country called Czechoslovakia had existence twice in the history 1st from 1918 to 1938 and from 1945 to 1992, wherein 1918 after Austro-Hungarian empire the people from Czech, Poland, Germany, and others, form Czechoslovakia that ruled till 1938 when Hitler conquered this country later then
USSR fought with Nazi Germany and make Czechoslovakia free from Germany and impose communism inspired by Russian interpretation in Czechoslovakia that standstill 1992.
The citizens of Czech weren't happy and were against communism because their nation was not developing as Germany, France, and other European countries, which results in Czechoslovakia once again break down and later then there form the Czech Republic. The Czech citizens believe that Russia always put Czech under communism which made them develop their country very slowly so the Czech people were angry on the USSR and Russia because of what they did to them in fact even today if you ask Czech people they will go against Russia.
Since 1993 the Czech people have resentment towards Russia which can be seen in one of the Czech
Museum of communism where they have shown Russia doll aggressively, On top of that when Russia annexed Crimea the anti-Russia sentiment was fueled.

A couple of months ago in the Czech Republic,
Marshal Ivan Konev's statue was removed by Czech Government who was the Russian officer responsible for moving German troops from Czechoslovakia and imposed communism in Czech.
When this news touch Russia, become angry with Czech, and said 'you have removed the great statue of Marshal Ivan Konev who made Czechoslovakia free from Nazi Germany ' this event start crack between both the countries.
Another event which is the key for Russia And Czech Republic Dispute June 2020 is the Czech government expelled two Russian diplomats after the
fake news spread from Russian embassy employees on planned poison attacks on Czech politicians like
Uk's Sergei Skripal poison attack.
The Czech government expelled the Russian diplomats immediately after the news gone viral without doing proper investigation which leads to a huge misunderstanding. The Russian government expelled two Czech diplomats on 15th June in response to Czech misunderstanding and said that they will not forget the disrespect caused by Czech and will surely give an answer to Czech hostile nature.

Impact on India
India maintains good relations with both Russia and the Czech Republic and as everybody knows Russia is our strategic partner even thou they support China in some scenario and on the other hand over the years India has developed a good relationship with Czech, In 2019 the prime minister of Czech visited India where India propose Czech to move forward from Buyer-seller relationship to Co-developer relationship and co-produce modern defense equipment in India under Make in India initiative.
In 2018 the President of India on a state visit to the Czech Republic discuss defense cooperation and defense manufacturing which was a productive visit of President Kovind.

As Russia is our strategic partner we have to give priority and support to Russia and unfortunately, we have to delay our defense manufacturing with Czech and try to maintain neutral relations with both the countries.
